Employee State Insurance (ESI)
0.75% of Gross
ESI Act, 1948 — tick if gross salary ≤ ₹21,000 & establishment has 10+ employees
▶ 0.75% of Gross Salary (employee share) Auto-waived if employee gross > ₹21,000 in that month
Employer also contributes 3.25% (not deducted from employee)
