Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with JoyPum. We value your satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-returnable and Non-refundable Items

Several types of goods are not eligible for return or refund. These include but are not limited to:

  • Any digital products like software

  • SaaS-based digital products

  • Products that are defective or damaged due to customer handling or misuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Refund Credit Timeframe:
The refund amount will typically be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
Please note that this time frame may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@joypum.com.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please email us at support@joypum.com and send your item to:

Replacement Delivery Timeframe:
Once your exchange is approved and we receive the returned item, the replacement product will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
