Orders are typically processed within 2 business days from the date they are received. During peak seasons, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during such periods.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options, and rates are based on the delivery destination and method selected.
We currently ship only to addresses within India.
Please note:
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Local delivery is available for addresses within 10 kilometers of our shop. If the local delivery option is not visible during checkout, your location is not eligible.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking details will be updated as soon as they are available.
Once the order is shipped, the item will be delivered to the customer within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.
For local delivery, the item will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days from the date of shipment.
Joypum.com is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.
